Ordering online with BeautyMark is easy and secure! If you would like to place an order over the telephone, please call us at: 1-877-8BEAUTY.

Currently we are only able to fulfill orders placed within Canada online. If you would like to place an order from outside of Canada , please call us at:1-877-8BEAUTY.

As you are browsing through our online product cat al ogue you will have the option click on "ADD TO CART" to place the product in your Shopping Cart. Repeat this step for all of the products that you wish to purchase. To complete your order you can click on "VIEW CART" from the menu on the left. At this point you are al so able to remove items or increase quantities of items in your cart. Once you are satisfied with your order, click on "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" to begin entering your order details and preferred shipping method.

Finally, you will notice that not all of the products we carry are available for sale on the web. If you are interested in a product that is not available for purchase online, please call us to place your order at 1-877-8BEAUTY.


Orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt.

Shipping rates are flat rates of $9.95 & $12.95, calculated based on the tot al dollar value of your order. BeautyMark offers free shipping on orders over $99 excluding tax.

We ship via Canada Post. All shipping rates include insurance, traceability and require a signature upon receipt.

You can expect your parcel to be received between 6 to 10 business days; however, delivery times will depend on the post al services in your area.

After placing your order, an email confirmation will automatically be sent to you with your unique order number.

We are unable to cancel or make changes to your order once it has been processed. Once processed, you will be required to submit your order as a return and will be responsible for all shipping charges, including charges incurred to return the parcel to us. Please contact customer service if you have any concerns about your order.


An addition al email from Canada Post will al so be sent to you when your order has been shipped which will have the date and tracking number (item number) for your package.

If your order has not been delivered within this time frame, please contact your loc al post al service using the tracking number (item number) emailed to you by Canada Post at 1-866-607-6301. Please note over 25% of deliveries are "missing" or "late" because nobody is at home to sign for and receive the delivery. Tracing your package will inform you whether Canada Post made an attempt to deliver your package and which post al outlet your package is being held at. Please remember to bring al ong 2 pieces of identification in case your post al outlet requires you to produce ID.

Please note that if your package is lost or seriously late, a full trace with Canada Post will take a minimum of 7 business days.


In order to give internation al customers the best service possible, we invite you to place your orders by telephone at 1-877-8BEAUTY. Once we have taken your order we will provide you with a separate quote for shipping through our friends at The UPS Store. Free shipping over $99 does not apply to US & Internation al Shoppers. Please note, you will see two separate charges on your credit card statement, one from BEAUTYMARK PRODUCTS LTD for the goods and a second charge from THE UPS STORE for the shipping charge. Please note these charges do not include duties or taxes. Such duties and taxes may be due at the time of delivery and should be paid by you directly to UPS.


Based on product availability, we may split your order into multiple shipments to make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible. In the event of such an occurrence you will not be charged any addition al shipping fees. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped and we do not bill you for items that are not available.


As we purchase from many different brands, sometimes samples are not provided to us. We do try to include free samples in orders when they are available. (Sorry in advance, if you didn't get any this time!) If there is something specific you would like to sample please make your request in the gift message box at checkout and we will do our very best to include it with your order!


We do our best to represent the colours of the products that we carry on the web, however different monitors will display colour differently. If you have any questions about a colour, please call or email us and we will do our best to help you choose the colour that is right for you.


BeautyMark loves the products that we carry for you and we hope you do too! If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please email us within 14 days of receiving it to let us know.

Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on makeup, skincare and hair care products. Should you be concerned about any product, please do ask us and we will send you a full list of the ingredients.

In addition, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on undergarments, earrings, shoes, special orders or sale items.


All purchases, except for those mentioned above, can be exchanged or returned for store or online credit within 14 days, accompanied with origin al receipt. Please contact us via email before returning anything so we can inform you where and how to make your return.

Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.
